Roverè della Luna has a name full of poetry and an ancient past. Roverè della Luna is where we find the Gaierhof Estate, in the Trentino region, near Mount Gaier, dipped in vineyards. Here in this Estate selects the very best grapes for making important wines that are the fruit of knowledge, winemaking wisdom, technology and great enthusiasm.

Gaierhof is the story of three generations of the Togn family, beginning  in 1943 with Germano Togn, father of Luigi, who is now running the Estate, along with his three daughters Romina, Martina, Valentina and by his son-in-law Goffredo Pasolli.
This winemaking vocation has deep roots in Trentino winery traditions and in the expertise that has been handed down from father to son, getting richer each time, starting with first grape-grower in the Togn family.
Experience, experimentation, leading-edge production equipment, ongoing  and painstaking care for quality: these are the key factor behind Gaierhof’s success in penetrating and succeeding in all markets. Today the Gaierhof Estate is a synonym for completeness and maturity. Enthusiasm and tradition live together, exalted by high-tech know-how that sizes all the opportunities  offered by innovation. In fact, Luigi Togn was one of the first in the Trentino Region to import horizontal presses after seeing them during one of his many travels to great winegrowing nations. Today these presses are held to be priceless in their ability to give greater balance to must. Leading-edge technologies, constant research and select yeasts aim at further increasing the quality and prestige of these already important wines.
